Sahara Desert Journeys organize day excursion from Marrakech to explore Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. We pick up you from your hotel and we cross the landscapes of the High Atlas mountains.
We enjoy beautiful views of Atlas mountains, we cross Tizi n tichka, highest road pass in Morocco. Once we arrive to the village, official licensed guide will show you the beauty of the Ksar (fortified village) of Ait Benhaddou. It is an Unesco World Heritage Site since 1987. Several films have been filmed there, such as Lawrence of Arabia , The Mummy, Gladiator. We discover this well known Kasbah and later you will have free program. In the afternoon we return back to Marrakech via the Tizi n'Tichka pass and we drop you off at your hotel.
